Below you will find the dates you need to know for the Heather & Hannah’s Fall & Winter 2019 Children’s Consignment Sale.
Consignor drop off dates:
- Sunday August 18th – 2p.m.-5p.m.
- Monday August 19th – 1p.m. – 7p.m.
- Tuesday August 20th – 11:30a.m. – 3:30p.m.
Volunteer Sale (sign up for 4-hour shift):
- Tuesday August 20th 5p.m. – 6p.m. (No children under 8 permitted at Volunteer or Consignor Sale. Thank you for understanding!)
- Volunteers who help clean up on Saturday after the sale will get to come to the Volunteer Sale 1 hour early at 4 p.m.
Consignor Sale:
- Tuesday – August 20th 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. (No children under 8 permitted at Volunteer or Consignor Sale. Thank you for understanding!)
- Friends of Consignors may shop at 7:30 p.m.
The public sale dates are as follows:
- Wednesday August 21st – 8:30a.m. – 6p.m.
- Thursday August 22nd – 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Friday August 23rd – 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturday August 24th – 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- (1/2 off select items ALL DAY ON SATURDAY)
Consignor Pick-Up Day:
- Saturday August 24th from 5-8 p.m. (Items not picked up will be donated to charity. NO EXCEPTIONS !!! You may have someone else pick up your items if necessary. )
- ONCE AGAIN!!! Please bring a self addressed stamped envelope & your check will be mailed to you on Friday August 30th, if you would like your cards back please bring a manilla envelope with necessary postage. Entry fee for the sale is $6.00 & 1 or more non-perishable food items to be donated to Mt. Olive Ministries benevolence ministry. Please bring food item(s) when u drop off your items for the sale. The $6.00 entry fee will be deducted from your check.
